Review | ELF Blusher - Pink Passion

Hey Honeybees

"The soft sheer texture blends into the skin for a silky finish. Designed to be worn alone or layered for more depth. Highlight your complexion with a subtle healthy glow!" - ELF Website

This is such a gorgeous blush that's a pale pink shade with cool undertones. It comes in the standard ELF packaging which is black with a little mirror inside. This blush is sucj a lovely shade that it's so dissapointing that you have to put so much effort into making it work for me. ELF Pink Passion is a pretty colour in the pan, but it transfers really chally. In the blusher's defence, the blusher does look great after some heavey blending. I don't know if the chalkyness is due to Pink Passion's light colour or my dark complexion (which I doubt) but it can put me off using this sometimes. When I do, it's pretty darn cute.

ELF's Pink Passion is a really lovely, colour but the formula really lets it down. I would recommend this to fairer toned girls out there, if you are darker skin toned or black I would suggest investing in something a little more user friendly (while I continue my struggle!). ELF's Pink Passion is good value for money in terms of price and quantity, but quality wise there are easier blushes to work with (especially for darker girls). You can find this on the ELF website for £3.75 (here).

    Keep in touch,

  5. Love ELF products !

  6. This actually looks really similar in colour to the Dior Rosy Glow blush that I've been pining over! I love the colour shame about it coming off chalky!

  7. The colour is really pretty. I think I might like this! xx

  8. The colour of the blush is really vibrant and it just glows!
it's dissapointing that the texture is such a let down though!
I love the packaging of ELF products, it reminds me of NARS haha ;P

  9. That is bright! ELF has really good products and the price can't be beat. The only blush I have from ELF is the one that comes in the blush and bronzer duo in St. Lucia. It's like a sheer rose gold and I really like it. :)

  10. I really loved this on my pale pink-undertones skin (applied lightly, of course), but after I used it up I didn't repurchase again because of the parabens. :(

  14. I really wanted to get this to work for me but it just looks so ashy. Have you tried the pink sprint palette by sleek?I think you will like it, it's really pigmented.

  15. Such a cute color ♡
